Ron Ellis 60's Bette Humbucker Pickup Set

The Bette set is based on patent era humbuckers used in early to late 1960s Gibson ES guitars.

Compared with other Ron Ellis humbucker sets, the Bette pickups emphasize a more fundamental tonal character. This voicing works particularly well in ES335 style semi hollow guitars where clarity and note definition are important.

The pickups produce a musical response with natural note timbre, allowing the acoustic character of the guitar to remain clearly audible.

This version is supplied with nickel covers.
